Great product for the price. Delivery was a disaster: the packaging was poor and the box wasn't taped properly. The courier just left it on a bench outside the neighbor's place with the box wide open and didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. We were super lucky that someone noticed it before it got swiped.

In my opinion, the phrase 'simple the best' gets thrown around way too much. But with MowWithUs, it’s totally warranted. I placed my order on Monday, and it showed up on Tuesday. Had a few questions, but they were answered promptly after I checked the Mountfield site (not just a guess) like some companies do. Big thanks for taking that extra step and registering the 2-year warranty for the customer. I’d give the service a perfect 10 out of 10.

Back in July, I placed an order for a garden cart, but it turned out to be out of stock. I decided to stick with my order, and it finally showed up in late September. Sadly, it arrived damaged during shipping, but I reached out to customer support, and they took care of the collection and sent me a replacement right away. I want to point this out because they handled the issue so well and quickly, which really impressed me. Top-notch customer service! I'm also pleased to say that the product itself is fantastic, so I'm quite satisfied.

MowWithUs had the Honda UMC 425 Versatool at the lowest price I could discover, plus they threw in a litre of oil and offered free shipping. The team got back to my emails super fast, and I was really pleased with how quickly everything arrived and how well they communicated. Thanks a bunch! 😊

It clearly mentions free delivery, but then they hit you with a £10 fee at checkout. I feel totally cheated. What a waste of my time!

We placed our order and had a question about delivery that was handled swiftly and effectively. The mower showed up right on time and matched the description perfectly. I accidentally got two battery chargers, but the return and refund process was also fast and smooth. I'd definitely suggest mowwithus.

They picked up the defective machine about a month back and still haven't swapped it out or given me a refund. They've taken over £400 from me and left me high and dry!!! I reckon it's about time to reach out to Trading Standards and the Citizens Advice Bureau. Seriously, avoid this company if you care about your cash!

They sold me a defective machine in March for more than £400 and made me wait until October for a replacement, only to send me another broken one! Stay away at all costs. They don't respond to your emails or calls. Don't fall for their claims of 5-star after-sales service; it's honestly the worst I've ever dealt with.

I bought a Stihl hedgecutter to replace my old one that got stolen after 20 years. It was the same model, but when it showed up (pretty fast) in the original Stihl box, it was damaged - not just some trim, but actual structural parts. Upon closer look, I noticed it was of way lower quality than my old one and was made in China instead of Germany. Now, this isn't really MowWithUs's fault, but their response has been pretty disappointing. When I reached out to MWU, they said they’d set up a TNT pickup for the faulty product and process a refund. They came on August 27, and now it’s been 16 days. I've been emailing MWU for updates on the refund, but they’ve just ignored me. It was only after I opened a case with PayPal that I finally got my refund.

Had a fantastic experience with Richard at Mow with Us. Just got my Husqvarna LC247sp, and it arrived well packaged. This mower is a real gem at an excellent price. Big thanks!
